ATP Gov is a Panasonic TOUGHBOOK Prime Partner with many successful deployments within the United States Air Force (USAF). Several of those Projects included the use of Panasonic TOUGHBOOK Rugged 2-in-1 Devices for USAF Mission Planning Systems (MPS). MPS is a collaborative United States Air Force (USAF) program that leverages technical solutions and practices for all USAF aerial platforms.

MPS enables mission planners/aviators to create flight plans based on multiple inputs, using a personal computing device with the best capabilities to accomplish their mission.

The Panasonic TOUGHBOOK line offers two fully-rugged 2-in-1 devices to allow for the ultimate flexibility when working in demanding conditions. The TOUGHBOOK 33 converts from a 12″ Rugged Tablet to a laptop with the optional keyboard, while the TOUGHBOOK 20 is a fully rugged, lightweight laptop that easily detaches from its keyboard to become a 10.1″ tablet.

The TOUGHBOOK 33 Includes the innovative 3:2 display, which improves the readability of business applications and documents and offers Optional Hot-Swap Twin batteries supporting up to 20 hours of battery life. The TOUGHBOOK 20 includes a 10.1″ WUXGA 800 nit multi-touch, sunlight-readable display, and 17 hours of battery life with the optional second battery. Both models are MIL-STD-810G, and MIL-STD-461F certified with IP65 and optional class 1 div two groups ABCD hazardous locations.

Each model includes quick-release hot-swap SSD’sSSD’s and integrated CAC SmartCard support. Options for both models include barcode and fingerprint readers. FirstNet Ready™ EM7511 Band 14 mobile broadband is also available for both rugged 2 -in-1’sin-1’s.
